Sloka 289:

To become Self-luminous Brahman, one should reject macrocosm / Brahmandam and microcosm / Pindandam. Only due to the divine consciousness our three bodies viz. Sthoola, Sookhma and Para are functioning (Physical, Subtle and Casual). Be absolute itself to become liberated.

Sloka 290:

We are identifying ourselves with the physical body. We are not the body, we are the Atman itself. The whole universe is only a reflection in our mind. The reason for that is we exist in Atman.
